Job Description

We're looking for an experienced lawyer to join our team and take ownership of a broad range of intellectual property and commercial legal matters in a fast-paced B2B gaming environment.

What You'll Do: 

  • Managing the full trademark lifecycle, including clearance, filings, renewals, and portfolio strategy.
  • Conducting game title and brand clearance assessments.
  • Advising on IP ownership, licensing, infringement, and enforcement matters.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including distribution, sublicensing, platform integration, supplier agreements, and NDAs.
  • Supporting stakeholders across product, commercial, technology, and finance with practical legal advice.
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and managing relationships with external counsel.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • Qualified lawyer with 5+ years' post-qualification experince.
  • Strong intellectual property experience, particularly trademarks and IP transactions.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
  • Background in technology, gaming, media, or entertainment (iGaming experience is a plus).
  • Working knowledge of GDPR and EU data protection law.
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
