Job Overview

As a Legal Intern, you will work under the direction of Senior Managing Counsel to support Legal Operations and the CLM project. You will gain exposure to software contracting, develop contract review and analysis skills, and learn about contract processes, automation and reporting. You will also work on various projects as assigned.

Job Description and Requirements

Activities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to special projects (CLM)
  • Participate in team and group meetings
  • Assist with various reporting processes
  •  Conduct research on contractual issues and present results
  • Analyze contract and quote to cash data

Qualifications 

  • Must be a current student, pursuing a Juris Doctor 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines 

  • Excellent attention to detail 

  • Exercise good judgment, respect colleagues and work with integrity 

  • Team player 

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$43,000 and $55,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
