We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist who is looking to take the next step in their professional journey with a respected and expanding firm.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist, you will:

  • Independently negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties
  • Secure optimal lien reductions that maximize client recoveries
  • Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, and negotiation opportunities
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop case-specific negotiation strategies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of negotiations, communications, and lien activity
  • Help deliver an exceptional client experience through strong communication and efficient case support

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience as a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist in a legal setting
  • Strong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and negotiation strategies
  • Well-versed in statutory liens including Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, and related matters
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
