Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Reltio MDM Architect / Lead Consultant with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing and implementing Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, within the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing enterprise-scale MDM solutions for HCP, HCO, Patient, Product, and Reference data domains and should possess strong knowledge of Life Sciences commercial data ecosystems including CRM, compliance, data stewardship, and downstream integrations.

About the Role

This role will be critical in driving enterprise master data initiatives and enabling a unified, trusted view of customer and operational data across commercial and analytics platforms. The candidate will work closely with business, data governance, integration, and analytics teams to build scalable and high-performing MDM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Reltio MDM solutions including architecture, design, development, and deployment.
  • Design and configure Reltio data models, match/merge rules, survivorship rules, reference data management, hierarchies, and workflows.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to define MDM strategy, governance, and master data processes.
  • Implement and support MDM solutions for:
    • HCP/HCO mastering
    • Customer 360
    • Product mastering
    • Territory alignment
    • Consent and compliance-related data domains
  • Integrate Reltio with upstream/downstream systems such as:
    • Veeva CRM
    • Salesforce
    • Snowflake
    • SAP
    • Data warehouses/lakes
    • Third-party healthcare data providers (IQVIA, Veeva OpenData, & MMIT).
  • Configure and optimize:
    • Match & merge algorithms
    • Survivorship rules
    • Crosswalks
    • Data quality validations
    • Stewardship workflows
  • Collaborate with data governance and analytics teams to ensure high-quality mastered data.
  • Support data migration, data onboarding, and large-scale data harmonization activities.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices to project teams.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, estimations, and client discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM platform.

    • Survivorship
    • Reltio APIs
    • Integration Hub
    • RDM (Reference Data Management)
    • Hierarchy Management
  • Experience with Life Sciences commercial data domains:
    • HCP/HCO
    • Affiliations
    • Specialty
    • Sales alignment
    • Provider master data
  • Strong understanding of MDM concepts and data governance principles.
  • Experience integrating Reltio with cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, ETL tools, and integration frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical clients.
  • Experience with:
    • Veeva CRM
    • Snowflake
    • Power BI/Tableau
    • MuleSoft/Boomi/Informatica
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Reltio certifications preferred.
  • Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA/GxP knowledge is a plus).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Patient Services data integration.
  • Knowledge of provider data vendors and healthcare data standards.
  • Experience implementing Customer 360 initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven data quality or entity resolution concepts.
