Material Bank is looking for an enthusiastic Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to support our email marketing and customer engagement initiatives. This junior-level position is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, or CRM management, with a strong focus on using HubSpot and Salesforce to create and execute campaigns. You will work closely with the Email Marketing Manager to build and optimize emails, maintain landing pages, workflows, and targeted lists, helping to drive audience acquisition, retention, and reengagement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Email Campaign Building: Work within HubSpot and Salesforce to build and schedule email campaigns, including 1:1 prospecting, newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns. Ensure all emails are designed with best practices for compliance, deliverability, mobile optimization, and engagement. 
  • Landing Page Creation: Assist in building and maintaining landing pages in HubSpot that align with ongoing marketing initiatives. Optimize for user experience, lead capture, and conversions. 
  • List Creation and Management: Source, build, and maintain segmented target lists in HubSpot and Salesforce based on prospect status, customer behavior, engagement levels, and other criteria. Ensure proper list hygiene and segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns. Source potential prospects through leveraging ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc. Coordinate any data sourcing with third party vendors to maintain integrity and compliance.  
  • Campaign Support: Support the Lifecycle Marketing and Member Engagement in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Assist with testing, launching, and tracking performance of campaigns across email, landing pages, and other digital channels. 
  • A/B Testing: Set up A/B tests for emails and landing pages, including subject lines, content, CTAs, and layouts, to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates. 
  • Reporting & Analysis: Support the marketing team with tracking and reporting on key Lifecycle metrics. Provide insights to improve future campaigns and customer engagement strategies. 
  • Marketing Automation Support: Assist in setting up and managing workflows and automation sequences in HubSpot and Salesforce to nurture leads and move them through the customer lifecycle. 
  • Content Coordination: Work with the content and creative teams to ensure that email and landing page assets align with brand guidelines, HubSpot capabilities, and resonate with target audiences. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other members of the Marketing team, as well as the Member Engagement team, to ensure consistency across channels and support broader marketing initiatives. Help coordinate efforts with the sales and customer success teams when necessary. 

What you'll bring: 

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations. 
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot is required, including email campaign management, landing page creation, and list segmentation. 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, email best practices, and performance metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversion rates). 
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus, especially for email and landing page formatting. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment. 
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs a plus.
