As a Product Manager in the Americas Account Solutions Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Creates the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Builds and partners to launch new enhancements, value-added services and adjacent products, from discovery and business case through delivery and commercialization
- Collaborates with cross functional partners (Risk, Controls, Legal< Compliance) to ensure robust risk and controls environment
- Provides product subject matter expertise to partners and clients
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfort mining and interpreting data
- Proven ability leading large-scale, complex initiatives, driving cross-functional execution from strategy through delivery in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong ownership and accountability, with a track record of leading initiatives end-to-end across the full product lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across Sales, Operations, Client Service, Onboarding, Technology, and Control functions to drive results
- Proven ability to organize projects, advance product use cases, and drive to closure
- Experience leveraging data analytics and AI/automation to improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and influence skills; clear, executive‑ready written and verbal communication
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Knowledge of payments, treasury services, and / or account/virtual account products
- Familiarity with product financials, management reporting, executive presentations, performance reporting
