The Live Commerce Administrator plays a key operational role in supporting Koin’s growing Live Commerce activity across multiple platforms and brands. This role focuses on the organisation, setup, and operational management of live selling sessions across platforms such as WhatNot and eBay Live. The administrator ensures that products, promotions, stock availability, and show logistics are correctly prepared before each broadcast and that post-event reporting and follow-up tasks are completed efficiently. The position is primarily operational and process-driven, supporting the Live Commerce Team to ensure live selling sessions run smoothly and consistently. Training will be provided on internal systems and processes, but the role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and confidence working with digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Live Commerce Show Setup

• Prepare products listings bundles, and promotions for Live Commerce shows across platforms such as WhatNot and eBay Live.

• Ensure product listings, pricing, and stock levels are correctly configured before each session.

• Upload and organise products within live selling platforms

• Schedule shows in line with the Live Commerce calendar and maintain a centralised results tracker.

Product and Inventory Coordination

• Work with operations and stock planners to ensure inventory is available for planned sessions.

• Flag potential stock issues before or after Live Shows.

• Ensure product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and ready for live promotion.

Operational Support for Live Broadcasts

• Support the live commerce team during live sessions where required.

• Monitor and process cancellation requests during and post-show.

• Assist with managing comments, feedback and customer enquiries where necessary.

Post-Live Session Administration

• Compile and organise post-session performance data to provide to data analyst.

• Assist with reporting on key metrics where required.

• Document session outcomes and support internal analysis for optimisation.


Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes consistently.

• Comfortable working with digital platforms, dashboards, and e-commerce systems.

• Good understanding of e-commerce environments and online product listings.

• Confident written and spoken English.

• Strong computer literacy and ability to work efficiently in remote environments.

• Ability to work aligned with UK business hours.

Essential Platforms / Tools.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.

• Experience using productivity and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, or similar.)

• Experience managing spreadsheets or product data.

Desirable (but not essential.)

• Experience with WhatNot, eBay Live, or other live commerce platforms

• Previous experience supporting live selling sessions or livestream operations

• Experience working in a D2C e-commerce business

• Basic understanding of sales performance metrics or e-commerce analytics

• Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-market e-commerce businesses
