TWG Warehouse Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our growing warehouse and logistics operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative coordination, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment while building a career in logistics and supply chain operations.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory documentation, ERP system updates, and communication between internal departments and external partners. You'll work closely with warehouse personnel, vendors, carriers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

TWG Warehouse Services specializes in manufacturing, warehousing, electrical assembly, packaging, and project coordination. Our work supports major infrastructure initiatives throughout the Chicagoland area.

What You'll Do
  • Support daily shipping and receiving operations through scheduling, data entry, and documentation.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents including bills of lading, packing slips, and delivery paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate ERP records, including order entry, inventory transactions, and shipment tracking.
  • Coordinate communication between warehouse teams, sales, accounting, customer support, vendors, and carriers.
  • Communicate shipment updates, delays, and discrepancies to stakeholders.
  • Assist with RFQ proposal support activities, including research, documentation, and tracking.
  • Support inventory reconciliation and cycle count documentation.
  • Maintain organized records to support operational, quality, and ISO requirements.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service, and accuracy.
  • Support general administrative functions within warehouse operations.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Basic understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain. 
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments.
  • ERP experience, preferably SAP.

Compensation

Good Faith Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Factors that may affect starting pay include market conditions, education, skills, experience, certifications, and other job-related qualifications.
