Long-term fractional Talent Partner responsible for approximately 20 annual hires across sales, operations, finance, and fractional CFO support. The role includes proactive pipeline development, scalable recruiting process design, and year-round talent acquisition for food, beverage, CPG, and alcohol businesses. The recruiter must be U.S.-based, detail-oriented, and experienced in building predictable hiring systems.
Looking for a long-term fractional Talent Partner to recruit year-round across Frugé Seafood and J.T. Meleck Distillers.
We need ~20 hires/year: mix of sales roles, operations, finance (including fractional CFO support), and proactive pipeline development for a predictable hiring system.
Must be U.S.-based, detail-oriented, experienced in building scalable recruiting processes, and ideally familiar with food/beverage/CPG or alcohol industries.
