Oversee design, standardization, and continuous improvement of clinical workflows and site readiness for Longevity products. Coordinate launches, training, and cross-functional alignment with clinical, marketing, and operations teams. Monitor KPIs, support staffing and budget planning, identify operational gaps, and drive corrective actions to improve patient experience and throughput.
Job Duties:
- Partner with clinical leadership to design, document, and continuously improve best-practice clinical workflows for Longevity Division products and services.
- Standardize intake, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up processes across sites offering Longevity products, ensuring consistency with SimonMed's clinical and compliance standards.
- Identify workflow gaps or bottlenecks affecting patient experience or throughput and drive corrective action plans in partnership with site leadership.
- Monitor clinical quality and patient outcome metrics for the Longevity line, escalating trends or concerns,
- Serve as the operational point person for new Longevity product launches, coordinating readiness across clinical, scheduling, and front-desk teams.
- Develop and maintain launch checklists, training materials, and rollout timelines in collaboration with Marketing and Clinical Operations.
- Support site-readiness assessments and go-live activities for new Longevity offerings, ensuring sites are trained and compliant prior to launch.
- Work closely with the VP of Longevity to ensure operational execution reflects divisional strategy, priorities, and business objectives.
- Act as the connective link between clinical leadership and the Marketing team's messaging, patient acquisition, and campaign execution for the Longevity Division.
- Participate in regular touchpoints with Clinical and Marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and messaging.
- Translate clinical and product updates into operational guidance for site teams.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (patient volume, conversion, compliance, satisfaction) against SimonMed's business targets for the Longevity Division.
- Support budget, staffing, and resource planning discussions for Longevity sites in partnership with operations leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce friction in the patient journey, and support sustainable growth of the division.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Prior experience as an Office Manager, Practice Manager, or similar clinical operations leadership role, ideally within a cardiology, cardiovascular, or specialty medical practice.
- Familiarity with imaging, diagnostics, or cardiovascular longevity services is a plus.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with clinical providers, marketing, and business operations teams.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage clinical workflows in a patient-care setting.
- Strong project management skills, with experience supporting product or service launches.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between clinical, marketing, and operational stakeholders.
- Comfort working with performance metrics, reporting, and data-informed decision-making.
