Job Description

Sears Home Improvement is currently recruiting permanent Production Management Trainees for our Chicago area. Would you or someone you know be interested in learning more about this exciting role and our company?

The Production Management Trainee, Home Improvement partners with the leadership team to complete a twelve and a half month training program with a focus on becoming a District Production Manager upon successful completion of the training program. This position is expected to learn all aspects of the Home Improvement Production business along with other assigned departments during the twelve and a half month program.

Requirements include the successful completion of all assessments, manager evaluations and knowledge based tests in order to progress to the next assignment. Must display the leadership competencies required for the District Production Manager role upon completion of the program. Tracks will encompass various areas of the Home Improvement business including Sales, Production, Call Center Operations, Business Analytics or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). Upon completion the individual must demonstrate proficiency of all job assignments and be able to assume a District Production Manager role at the end of the twelve and a half month term.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Graduated 2016 or will be graduating by December 2016

AA or Bachelor's in Construction Management/Project Management
