If you’re passionate about using your skills to drive real impact and want to thrive in a collaborative, fully remote environment, Neon One is the place for you.

About the Role

The Manager, AI & Systems Orchestration leads Neon One into the future of autonomous systems and GTM technology. You will own the strategy, architecture, and deployment of modern AI technologies, specifically Salesforce Agentforce and associated data orchestration pipelines, to drive operational speed, cross-functional productivity, and automated customer journeys.
We are looking for an AI-first thinker with high intellectual curiosity who thrives in emerging technology spaces, translating complex business problems into goal-oriented autonomous agent workflows.

What You'll Do
  • AI Orchestration & Agentic Systems: Own the full lifecycle of Salesforce Agentforce agents, design, build, test, deploy, and continuously optimize agent flows that automate workflows across GTM teams and improve the customer journey.

  • Data360 & AI Data Strategy: Strategize, architect, and build out Data360 and Snowflake integration layers to create high-fidelity Unified Customer Profiles (UCP) that serve as the foundational real-time context layer powering Agentforce.

  • Prompt Engineering & Logic Design: Design complex, non-linear system logic, prompt models, and dynamic routing; refine prompts to guide agents effectively, optimize response quality, and prevent hallucinations.

  • AI Governance & Safety: Establish clear agent scopes, structural guardrails, and programmatic circuit breakers to ensure autonomous agents comply with security, compliance policies, and brand standards. Pressure-test agents against adversarial prompts and edge-case scenarios before release.

  • Data Integration for AI Context: Oversee API integrations and data synchronization flowing from Data360/Snowflake into GTM platforms to ensure AI agents operate on high-fidelity, real-time customer data.

  • GTM Strategy & Innovation: Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Support, and Customer Success leadership to identify high-impact processes that can be transformed from rigid linear workflows into autonomous systems.

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM systems engineering, business systems analysis, or technology orchestration.

  • Hands-on experience implementing or managing autonomous AI agents in an enterprise environment (Salesforce Agentforce strongly preferred).

  • Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, agentic logic design, and error-trapping non-linear workflows.

  • Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Data360, Agentforce) and API integrations.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational friction into modern AI solutions.

  • Salesforce Admin Certification or relevant AI/Systems certifications preferred.
