Our team is driven by a culture of disciplined execution, humility, and curiosity where AI is at the core of how we operate, innovate, and serve clients. About the Role

We're looking for a Manager, Analyst Services to lead client relationship management and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of investment data and reporting for our institutional clients. This role blends strong client management skills with a solid foundation in investment operations and reporting, supporting clients such as endowments, foundations, and other institutional investors. As our platform continues to automate routine reconciliation and data mapping work, this role is focused on driving client relationship management, SLA delivery, and team-level accountability, with operational fundamentals serving as an important foundation.

What You'll Do

  • Own client relationships as a primary point of contact for institutional clients, setting expectations and building trust through clear, professional communication
  • Lead delivery of portfolio data, performance reporting, and reconciliation outputs to ensure accuracy and timeliness across your book of clients
  • Navigate escalations and resolve client issues with confidence and professionalism
  • Apply working knowledge of investment operations, custodian reconciliation, and fund administration workflows to support data quality and reporting accuracy
  • Work within investment data platforms and reporting tools to manage and troubleshoot client deliverables
  • Drive process improvement initiatives as manual operational work continues to be automated, and help develop the team around you

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience managing client or stakeholder relationships in a professional services, financial services, or institutional investment context (private wealth, brokerage, consulting, or similar client-facing roles all relevant)
  • Background in institutional investment operations, such as experience with portfolio data, performance reporting, custodian reconciliation, or fund administration
  • Prior experience at organizations such as custodian banks, fund administrators, investment consultants, endowments, foundations, or private wealth firms is a plus
  • Familiarity with investment data platforms, portfolio management systems, or reporting tools beyond Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally
  • Experience leading or mentoring analysts, or a demonstrated readiness to step into a people leadership capacity
