Manager, Insights & Analytics

You've built dashboards. You've tracked campaigns. You've turned data into PowerPoint slides that nobody reads. Now what?

At Golin, our measurement team doesn't just report numbers, we shape how the industry measures impact. Seven consecutive years as AMEC's Global Measurement Team of the Year isn't luck. It's because our clients depend on us to guide the decisions that drive their business.

This role isn't about cranking out reports in a vacuum. You'll work with teams who expect measurement to drive the work, not validate it after the fact. You'll learn from people who are pushing the boundaries of what earned and social analytics can do. And you'll work on programs where measurement matters, where clients are asking "what do we do now?" not just "how many wins?"

What you'll do:

  • Design measurement frameworks against business objectives
  • Create reports and dashboards that people actually look at
  • Turn social listening, media monitoring, and analytics platforms into strategic insights
  • Stay ahead of how AI is changing what's possible in measurement

What you need:

  • 3+ years doing earned or social media analytics (agency experience preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Talkwalker, Meltwater or similar monitoring platforms
  • Understanding of database and dashboard creation and management
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear stories
  • Excel/data visualization skills that go beyond basic charts
  • Strong communication and project management skills across multiple clients and deadlines
  • Genuine curiosity about the why behind the numbers

What you'll get:

  • A team who champions people and work
  • Room to experiment with emerging tools and methods
  • The opportunity to work across different accounts and industries

If you're ready to do measurement work that matters, let's talk.
