Position Summary

At Oak Street Health, we are building a leading marketing and brand strategy team, which plays a vital role in shaping how the brand is perceived in the market, driving consumer engagement and growth, and ultimately maximizing the number of patients we are able to serve. 

The Brand & Community Manager will report to Oak Street Health’s Director of Brand and will manage the day-to-day execution of our social media strategy, content development, reputation management and community management on behalf of the company. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Consumer-Centered Content Development: Along with the day-to-day execution of our social media strategy, generate new ideas for social media content and execute against them from start to finish, including occasional video and photo editing.
  • Campaign Management: Build and oversee the content calendar to plan optimized content for each platform that can also be maximized across the entire patient journey. This involves planning, testing, executing, and optimizing performance based on results. Collaborate closely with the internal creative and design team to deliver marketing assets. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with stakeholders both within Oak Street Health and across the CVS Health organization to deliver marketing assets that drive consistent and collaborative brand awareness.Support our Lead of Public Relations as needed.
  • Consumer Reputation Management and Community Management: Act as the community manager across Facebook, Linkedin, and Instagram, responding to comments and questions. This includes overseeing consumer engagement on social media, reviews and BBB, and partnering with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on social media performance, reputation management and impact to the Director of Brand. This includes working with internal teams to share outcomes and recommendations based on social listening.
  • Brand Growth: Develop an understanding and ownership of Oak Street Health’s brand identity and knowledge of the target audience. This includes developing strategies to support employer branding.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in social media management
  • Proven track record of success in developing content that has driven growth and brand awareness
  • Ability to create copy as needed
  • Interest, experience, and/or passion for healthcare and or value-based care
  • US work authorization 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating imagery and social video is a plus
  • Experience using platforms like Sprout, Sprinklr, LinkedIn and Yext

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
