Are you a results-driven, strategic hunter with a passion for driving sales and business growth? As the Manager of Business Development, you will spearhead aggressive go-to-market strategies, identifying new opportunities and closing deals that fuel revenue expansion. You will leverage deep industry insights to outmaneuver competitors and create game-changing partnerships. What You Will Do

  • Proactively identifying and securing high-value business opportunities.
  • Driving revenue growth through strategic market penetration and sales execution.
  • Managing budgets and optimizing business development investments.
  • Conducting competitive intelligence to uncover strengths, weaknesses, and gaps.
  • Developing new products, partnerships, and acquisition strategies to gain market dominance.
  • Leading negotiations and deal closures to maximize profitability.
  • Overseeing the launch of innovative products and services that meet customer needs.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or marketing (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years in B2B electromechanical/chemical product sales, business development, or product commercialization, with 5-10 years in leadership roles driving revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of securing major deals and achieving 10x revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with contractors, distributors, and electrical networks in North America.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an unstoppable drive to win.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
