What We Need: 

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and collaborative Manager to join our Business Insights & Analytics team. As a Manager, Business Insights & Analytics, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights that drive operational and strategic decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in analytics who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

What You Will Do: 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that highlight trends in utilization, provider performance, and patient outcomes.
  • Analyze data from claims, authorizations, and operational sources to identify opportunities for operational and clinical improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operations, finance, and compliance to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Support contract analytics tied to utilization management metrics and service-level agreements, including vendor and provider performance tracking.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for diverse audiences.
  • Partner with the central Data team to define use cases and validate data models that enable visibility to actionable insights throughout the business.

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Sigma)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning.

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or membership-based business models.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exposure to financial modeling or operational analytics.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 –$130,000 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions. Compensation discussions are encouraged throughout the hiring process.
