Position Summary
CVS Health is seeking a Manager to oversee multiple complex client‑requested rebate audits. This is a client‑facing role that requires strong project management, analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. You will coordinate the full audit process, work with external auditors and internal teams, resolve audit findings, and ensure accurate, timely responses—especially related to pharmacy rebates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all audit activities from start to finish.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, auditors, and internal business partners.
  • Review and respond to auditor questions, including rebate‑related issues.
  • Research and resolve audit findings and claims‑specific inquiries.
  • Track audit progress and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
  • Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements.
  • Escalate issues to senior leaders when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all communications and audit activity.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of audit or pharmacy rebate experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of rebates.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • CPA, CIA, or MBA is a plus.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
