This position will provide oversight for clinical care management services, focused on training and quality assurance to promote service delivery, operational excellence, and workflow compliance as required by contract. The role will also lead provider engagement activities to maintain and enhance community partnerships.

This position is based out of Oregon with a home office work setting.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for care management services.

The Clinical Manager oversees service delivery, ensures the quality and integrity of clinical programs, manages the performance and development of clinical staff, and collaborates across the organization to improve clinical operations and customer outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Clinical Service Delivery: Oversee high-quality clinical care management and care coordination services, ensuring alignment with clinical guidelines, operational policies, contractual requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational objectives.
  • Manage and Develop Clinical Teams: Lead, coach, train, and develop clinical staff through routine check-ins, performance management, professional development, and ongoing support.
  • Manage Operational Performance: Monitor financial performance, staffing, productivity, and service delivery to ensure programs operate efficiently and within established budgetary expectations.
  • Support Budget and Workforce Planning: Contribute to annual budgeting and staffing plans and provide reporting on key financial and staff productivity measures.
  • Strengthen Clinical Quality: Partner with Care Management, Medical Affairs, and other teams to develop and implement clinical guidelines, protocols, operational procedures, and quality management practices.
  • Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with clients and provide prompt, effective communication and solutions to concerns involving providers, patients, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Growth: Support new business proposals, product development, and other growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in social services field
  • RN, OT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT required
  • RN must have behavioral health experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience, including care management, utilization management, care coordination, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare services
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience, including financial management
  • Experience leading and developing clinical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage clinical quality, productivity, and operational performance
