Summary:
The Deal Desk & Contracts Specialist will serve as a key partner to Sales, Legal, and Finance, ensuring smooth execution of deals and contract processes. In this role, you will ensure that deals are structured for success, pricing is optimized, and contracts are executed accurately and quickly. The ideal candidate can work independently, prioritize effectively, and turn deliverables around in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance and profitability.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with the sales team to structure and optimize deal pricing, ensuring proposals are competitive, profitable, and aligned with the company's overall pricing strategy. • Support price quote configuration and deal reviews in a timely manner. • Coordinate contract creation, review, and execution in partnership with Legal and Sales. • Ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms and business policies. • Track contract status and support renewals and amendments. • Identify opportunities to optimize deal desk and contract workflows. • Develop dashboards and reports on deal metrics, approval timelines, and contract cycle times.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field. MBA preferred. • 5+ years of experience in B2B software/SaaS pricing strategy. • Strong thought-leadership and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions. • Strong business acumen with an understanding of how pricing impacts revenue and profitability. • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex pricing concepts to senior leaders and cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
