* Job Summary
* The Digital Tagging & Analytics Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a robust tagging framework to ensure accurate data collection across CDW's customer facing Digital platforms. This role enables data-driven decision-making, optimizes digital experiences, and supports strategic initiatives.
* What you'll do
* Tagging Strategy & Governance
* Strategize with business stakeholders to solution Digital/web analytics plans based on customer journey/behavior, traffic acquisition, website performance and other important business KPI's.
* Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for website tagging and analytics.
* Establish governance standards for tag implementation and data integrity.
* Tagging Implementation
* Drive requirements gathering, prioritization of efforts, and oversee deployment of tags via tag management systems.
* Conduct regular audits and quality assurance to ensure accurate data capture and compliance. Documentation & Training
* Create and maintain documentation for tagging processes and standards.
* Train internal teams on tagging protocols and data collection best practices.
* Stay current on industry best practices, privacy regulations, and emerging technologies.
* What we expect of you
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or Analytics/Statistics with 5+ years in digital/web analytics and tagging, with 2+ years leading digital solutions.
* Proficiency with tag management system and BI tools, preferably PowerBI
* Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
* Familiarity with A/B testing processes and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Familiarity with marketing automation and personalization platforms.
* Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
* Experience in SQL with strong understanding of data warehouse architecture.
* Familiarity with implementing Quantum Metric for digital experience analytics and tagging workflows is preferred Pay range: $ 122,000 - $ 182,000 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: [https://cdw.benefit-info.com/](https://cdw.benefit-info.com/) Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
