Job Description
The Manager of eCommerce analytics capabilities is an integral part of the eCommerce & Customer Marketing Team. This individual will own the analytics capabilities space as part of the strategy, insights, and analytics team helping to integrate important analytical projects into the business.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Help create eCommerce assortment lists to ensure teams are enacting their strategy and execution plans against the latest eCommerce assortment
  • Drive the strategy for competitive assortment to track and strategize against via our digital shelf tracking tool
  • Integrate eCommerce analytics into the ongoing product portfolio optimization projects happening across the omnichannel business to ensure eCommerce representation
  • Align the eCommerce data science learning agenda with team goals and data science priorities to ensure eCommerce is included in the learning agenda
  • Help standardize and optimize eCommerce reporting to drive clear source of truth for customer facing teams
  • Help with process improvement to ensure manual reporting and monitoring are being actioned and driving performance in market
  • Integrate eCommerce into key total business objectives such as brand growth plans and priority category reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement eCommerce analytics projects into our eCommerce customer facting teams

Expected Experience & Required Skills
  • Consumer package goods industry experience or similar industry experience
  • eCommerce experience in digital shelf, content management, sales, analytics, or a similar role with preference with eCommerce assortment management
  • Technical proficiency in programming languages SQL, R, Python
  • Experience in BI/Data Prep/Exploration tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau with preference for R-Shiny, Qlik, Snowflake and PowerPoint
  • Proven experience utilizing datasets from Circana, Nielsen, Numerator with preference for WM Scintilla.
  • A thorough understanding of the dynamics of eCommerce, the challenges, the main levers that can help drive eCommerce growth
  • Excellent organization and project management skills

Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces Additionally, this role requires work a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
