About Salesforce

We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Program Manager to join our Field Readiness Strategy team, sitting at the heart of a Learning and Enablement organization. This high-impact role is made for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a bias for action, and is passionate about the future of work, particularly the rise of agentic AI and the digital workforce.
As a catalyst for change, you will be at the forefront of transformation, leading the design and execution of both seasonal initiatives and multi-year programs that span internal transformation and go-to-market strategic enablement. You'll partner cross functionally to drive organizational change, shape scalable strategic programs, and unlock new, innovative ways of working in the age of AI.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, lead, and execute global strategic initiatives focused on internal transformation or driving productivity for go-to-market teams.
  • Design and execute change management strategies to implement organisational transformation and adoption of Agentic AI
  • Partner with cross functional teams to create upskilling and engagement strategies to drive transformation with Agentic AI
  • Champion the integration of Digital Workforce capabilities and AI-powered tools, ensuring successful adoption and sustained impact.
  • Translate complex strategies into clear plans and communications that drive clarity and execution
  • Stay at the forefront of AI, helping the team integrate AI into our ways of working and drive adoption through scalable change programs
  • Serve as a thought partner and trusted advisor to stakeholders, connecting the dots across teams and ensuring programs land with clarity and impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, or strategic program/change management roles (consulting background preferred but not required)
  • Proven experience designing and executing enterprise-level change management strategies and strategic programs
  • Passion for AI transformation, agentic AI, and enabling a Digital Workforce.
  • Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
  • Strong communicator and storyteller who can distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives
  • Bring a data-driven mindset, leveraging insights and analytics to inform decision-making, measure impact, and continuously optimize programs for effectiveness and scale
  • A “get-it-done” mindset with a bias for action, balanced with strong stakeholder management and collaboration
  • Exceptional executive presence and comfortable communicating and engaging senior leadership
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and move from strategy to execution with urgency and precision.

Why Join Us

  • You’ll be joining a high-performing, collaborative team that sits at the heart of an Enablement and Learning Organization. We are change agents, dot-connectors, and problem-solvers who love to think big and execute even bigger. If you’re excited by AI, passionate about strategic impact, and want to drive meaningful change across a global organization, we’d love to hear from you.
  • As a catalyst for change, you will be at the forefront of transformation, leading the design and execution of both seasonal initiatives and multi-year programs that span internal transformation and go-to-market strategic enablement. You'll partner cross functionally to drive organizational change, shape scalable strategic programs, and unlock new, innovative ways of working in the age of AI.
