About the Role
The Manager, Brand Experience leads the development and execution of integrated marketing and experiential programs for key client accounts. This role blends strategic thinking, account leadership, creative collaboration, and operational excellence to deliver high-impact brand experiences from concept through execution and measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Program Development
Partner with internal teams to develop integrated marketing, promotion, and event programs aligned to client goals
Conduct program and client research to inform strategy and creative direction
Develop creative briefs and support overall concept development
Lead and contribute to brainstorm sessions
Build production estimates and execution plans
Apply audience insights and industry trends to strengthen strategic recommendations
Account & Client Leadership
Serve as day-to-day account lead for assigned programs and clients
Manage contracts, negotiations, timelines, and budgets
Prepare presentations, status reports, and program updates
Understand client business objectives, competitive landscape, and industry trends
Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through new capabilities or initiatives
Experiential Production & Execution
Develop production documentation, including:
Production schedules
Run-of-show documents
Vendor briefs
Staff training materials
Key messaging frameworks
Source, negotiate, and manage vendors
Troubleshoot program challenges and implement solutions in real time
Financial & Operational Management
Manage program setup and tracking within financial systems
Oversee day-to-day budget management and forecasting
Handle vendor invoices, POs, and billing coordination
Ensure profitability and cost efficiency across programs
Track time and manage financial reporting
Measurement & Reporting
Define and track program metrics
Develop reporting and recap presentations
Evaluate campaign performance against objectives and recommend improvements
Business Development & Agency Contribution
Support new business efforts and RFP responses
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to build proposals
Develop case studies and support award submissions
Build industry relationships and expand professional network
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field
2+ years of experience in experiential or event marketing
Experience integrating social and digital campaigns into broader marketing programs
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make smart, actionable recommendations
Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously with high attention to detail
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Working knowledge of public relations and integrated marketing
Passion for culture, entertainment, and brand experiences
$55,000 - $68,000 per year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
