- Deliver business readouts on successes, gaps, and outcomes from quarterly activation sessions (e.g., QBO readouts).
- Collaborate with ANZ and EMEA teams to integrate lessons learned and improve programs.
- Work with regional HRBPs to share insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support Field Coaching & Upskilling
- Provide 1:1 and group coaching for managers and individual contributors on discovery, storytelling, objection handling, and value-based selling.
- Deliver targeted coaching and feedback to new hires during the ramp-up period to accelerate productivity.
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and implement enablement solutions.
- Support field champions to strengthen quarterly enablement activation sessions.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define, monitor, and communicate enablement program success metrics (e.g., ramp time, certification rates, win rates) with regional teams and management on a quarterly basis.
- Capture and analyze data throughout enablement initiatives to demonstrate ROI and inform quarterly results.
- Develop dashboards to share actionable insights and feedback with global field teams and enhance program engagement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, particularly AI-assisted enablement solutions with a coaching emphasis.
