Reporting to the Sales Finance Director, you will lead the development and management of tools, reporting, and capabilities that support our customers and regions. Collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams, you will drive finance modernization efforts.

The Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for understanding P&L statements, leading reviews with sales leadership, and partnering across the organization to achieve financial goals. You will spearhead initiatives for the Sales Organization, including standardized analyses, customer scorecards, and profitability assessments. A focus on continuous improvement and collaboration is key to success in this role.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead finance-wide projects and perform comprehensive financial analysis
  • Support business and finance modernization efforts, including system upgrades, new tools, and automation
  • Directly manage and develop the Senior Finance Analyst and Analyst, providing leadership, motivation, and evaluation
  • Develop various financial models, including ROI, customer analyses, competitive analyses, investment reviews, and pricing
  • Manage sales reporting metrics, scorecards, and reports related to customer financials, forecasting, and financial discipline
  • Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and manage project deliverables
  • Conduct quarterly domestic P&L reviews with Sales leadership, including customer reviews, gross margin analysis, trends, and trade spending
  • Provide forward-looking commentary on changes, risks, and opportunities to Finance and partners

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree required
  • Minimum 7 years of professional general business and financial experience
  • Previous experience managing a team preferred
  • Experience in project management, tools, system upgrades, roll-outs, and/or automation preferred
  • Knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts
  • Experience with SAP or other software tools preferred

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
