Position Purpose: Supports implemented Identity and Access Management systems, processes, standards, and solutions. Provides in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support to one or more business areas through developed and ad-hoc analysis/reporting, as well as designing and programming complex, new processes/reports for Identity and Access Management systems. Analyzes company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people. Adheres to and participates in auditing of relevant security controls.

- Manages the implementation and operations of IAM services
- Leads and manages the design and delivery of development experiences and programs
- Manages the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conducts performance reviews, and provides leadership, technical guidance and coaching
- Shares knowledge and develops staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices
- Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve results
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
