Responsibilities
- Cloud Infrastructure Management
- • Lead migration, deployment, and optimization of workloads in AWS and other public cloud platforms
- • Manage cloud architecture including compute, storage, networking, and security
- • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- • Monitor cloud performance, cost, and usage; drive cost optimization strategies
- Network Operations
- • Oversee LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and firewall infrastructure design and maintenance
- • Ensure network availability, performance, and security across all locations
- • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce network security policies
- • Manage vendor relationships for network hardware, ISPs, and managed services
- Leadership & Strategy
- • Mentor and develop a high-performing global team
- • Maintain infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategy
- • Build strong cross-functional partnerships to drive key initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- • 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3+ years in a management role in a global environment
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- • Strong enterprise networking knowledge (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.)
- • Expertise in cloud services (AWS preferred), IT operations, and enterprise architecture
- • Proven leadership and strategic planning skills
- • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
- • Strong project management experience
- • Familiarity with ITIL and cybersecurity best practices
- • Experience in manufacturing or consumer products preferred
- • Willingness to travel up to 20%, including internationally
- Preferred Certifications
- • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (or equivalent Azure/GCP)
- • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Compensation & Benefits
- • Base Salary: Starting at $145,000, with a potential up to 25% higher based on experience and skills
- • Bonus: Annual corporate bonus based on company and individual performance
