Turion Space is a venture-backed space technology company building the infrastructure for in-space operations including satellite servicing, debris removal, and space domain awareness. We design, build, and operate spacecraft that extend the life and utility of assets already in orbit. Our team moves at startup speed with the rigor that spaceflight demands, and we're scaling fast across engineering, operations, and business functions.

As our business scales alongside our hardware, the systems that run it need to keep pace. We're looking for a Manager, NetSuite ERP & Business Systems to lead the build-out of our enterprise systems function from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can simultaneously architect a team and implementation roadmap, and serve as the internal authority on how our business systems need to evolve.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of our ERP platform, with a deep understanding of how it needs to work in an aerospace hardware environment

  • Own the enterprise data model and ensure clean, consistent information flows between engineering, operations, and finance

  • Build and maintain integrations between ERP and adjacent tools such as CRM, procurement, MES, or QMS as the business requires

  • Partner with stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, finance, and operations to translate how work gets done into system workflows and configurations

  • Administer and continuously improve the platform post-implementation, ensuring it scales with the business

  • Identify gaps in the tooling landscape and lead efforts to close them whether through configuration, integration, or introducing new systems

  • Serve as the internal expert on ERP and enterprise architecture, advising leadership on platform decisions, vendor selection, and long-term systems roadmap

  • Document system architecture, integrations, and data flows to support auditability, onboarding, and institutional knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with ERP platforms, with deep proficiency in NetSuite required

  • Experience leading or co-leading a NetSuite or comparable ERP implementation from evaluation through go-live

  • Direct experience with NetSuite administration, including workflows, saved searches, custom records, SuiteScripts, or SuiteFlow

  • Experience building and maintaining integrations between ERP and other business systems; strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, and synchronization patterns

  • Experience leading or managing technical staff, contractors, or implementation partners

  • Ability to operate across engineering, operations, and finance stakeholders at all levels

  • Comfortable owning both the strategic roadmap and hands-on implementation work simultaneously

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top-Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated hardware manufacturing environments

  • Familiarity with government compliance environments, including CMMC, ITAR, and export control requirements

  • Exposure to adjacent systems such as CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), QMS, MES, or procurement platforms

  • Experience scaling enterprise systems and teams through a company's growth from startup to mid-size

  • Background in data governance, master data management, or enterprise architecture

  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code integration tools (e.g., Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft) or custom API development

Manager, NetSuite ERP & Business Systems - $170,000 - $215,000 USD

ITAR Requirements:

This position may include access to technology and/or software source code that is subject to U.S. export controls. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional growth of our employees. In addition to a competitive base salary and company stock, determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and market demand, full-time employees are eligible for:

  • Retirement Plans: Access to a 401(k) plan to help you plan for your future.

  • Paid Time Off: Generous vacation days, personal days, sick days, and holidays to ensure you have time to recharge.

  • Professional Development: Opportunities for ongoing training, workshops, and courses to advance your skills and career growth.

  • Team Building Activities: Regular social events, team outings, and company-sponsored activities to foster a positive work environment.
