We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented hustler to join our partnerships team in Chicago. In this role, the candidate will help develop, manage and execute Barstool’s largest partnerships across various franchises and partner categories. 


Key Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with SVP & Assistant Director, oversee and direct team members in the development of brand partners’ overall sponsorship strategy, creative programming, partnership management, and project coordination
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for both internal and external teams - including various Barstool departments (sales, production, e-commerce, social), Barstool talent, clients and vendors
  • Develop and renew brand partnerships by exceeding and managing the expectations of all contractual elements, while also providing opportunities to enhance the partnership
  • Actively create solutions for clients when pivots are needed for partnership programs
  • Work closely with the sales department to ensure that partnership elements are properly incorporated into sponsorship packages
  • Help build sponsorship recap reports, including key metrics that relate to program measurement and ROI, and track overall budgets and finances related to activations
  • Serve as a main point of contact for clients/partners at our events and activations

Requirements & Experience

  • 4+ years in a marketing, media and/or sponsorship position, agency experience a plus
  • Experience building and activating sponsorship programs from ideation to execution
  • Get shit done attitude with ability to problem solve and work under pressure
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic who is able handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must have strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and G-suite
  • Passion for sports and entertainment, with a strong understanding of Barstool Sports and our franchises
  • Ability to travel (approximately 25%) and work on weekends/holidays, when needed

Salary Range: $90,000-95,000k
