Job Description:
The Manager, Project Management Services will plan, develop, and deliver an upgrade project management programs to facilitate the upgrade and transition of our clients to the latest software, technology, and product enhancements. The Manager will partner with internal teams to identify and create the best tools and processes to manage the upgrade project experience and to ensure adherence to approved and contractual project plans.- Work closely with project teams to determine critical milestones for delivery within the project management framework.
- Create upgrade project schedule and monitor progress of all related project teams.
- Identify and assess challenges and project risks to determine resolution strategies and ensure corrective actions are taken to maintain objectives and delivery schedules.
- Develop and deliver reports and communications to advise and update project management leadership, internal/external clients, and stakeholders on project status.
- Ensure project management goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and team member performance.
- Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Develop evaluation methods to assess project strengths and identify areas of improvement
- Manage projects and operational components to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
- 6+ years or experience in project management.
- 4+ years of experience in a strategic leadership position.
- Experience in continuously improving processes to drive measurable outcomes.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Knowledge of: Application of principles, concepts, practices, integration, scope, and time management standards of project management.
- Skill in: Leadership, project management, collaboration, executive communication, presentation and speaking; time management with a strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to: Demonstrate collaborating, and establishing relationships with leadership, colleagues, and clients. Develop strong relationships and inspire confidence through effective communication and leadership. Ability to mentor others in project management practices.
