At Vitable, we asked ourselves — What if better care didn’t cost more? That question drives everything we do.

We’re building the health benefits platform designed for everyday workers — and the employers who care about them. By providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to the 85+ million uninsured and underinsured Americans, we’re creating a better experience for employees and a smarter solution for employers. Simply put, we’re built for better

The next step is simple.

Build the revenue engine that powers our path to $100M.

We are looking for a RevOps Architect, not a generic administrator. As our first dedicated Revenue Operations leader, you will build the "systems-first" infrastructure that scales us to $100M ARR and beyond. You will sit at the intersection of Strategy, Finance, and Sales, translating visionary goals into a robust, human-centered technical reality.

You won't just manage HubSpot. You will turn data into insight and process into profit. If you are a builder who wants to look back in two years and say, “I built the engine that powers this company,” we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

You won't just be running reports; you will be building the infrastructure that makes our revenue predictable.

  • Own the "Single Source of Truth": You will take full ownership of our HubSpot instance and integrated GTM stack. You will architect the data governance that eliminates "shadow spreadsheets" and ensures >95% data completeness across all deal stages.
  • Operationalize the Forecast: You will transform our forecasting from a manual exercise into a rigorous, data-driven science. You will partner with Sales Leadership to implement a native HubSpot forecast cadence that achieves +/- 5% accuracy.
  • Architect the "Lead-to-Renewal" Journey: You will map and optimize the full customer lifecycle. You will identify conversion breakpoints between Marketing, SDRs, AEs, and CS, implementing the "Rev Ops Blueprint" that reduces friction and increases velocity.
  • Automate and Simply Quote-to-Cash: You will lead the charge to cut administrative drag by 50%. Working with Engineering and Finance, you will automate the workflow from closed-won opportunity to signed contract to revenue recognition.
  • Drive Strategy with Data: You won't just report the news; you will make the news. You will proactively analyze funnel performance, commission structures, and NRR metrics to tell the Executive Team where to invest for the next phase of growth
The Mindset: How You Think

This role requires a shift from "Admin" to "Architect."

Who You Are
  • You are a HubSpot Architect, not just an Admin. You have deep technical proficiency with HubSpot. You understand how to build complex workflows, custom objects, and validation rules that scale without breaking.
  • You speak "Finance" and "Sales" fluently. You can debate pipeline coverage with a VP of Sales in the morning and reconcile ARR discrepancies with the VP of Finance in the afternoon. You understand the math behind SaaS growth (CAC, LTV, NRR, Magic Number).
  • You are "High Altitude" and "Low Altitude." You can present a 12-month strategic roadmap to the Board, then immediately dive into a CSV file to fix a data import error. You don't view tactical work as "beneath you."
  • You hate inefficiency. A manual process that takes 2 hours keeps you up at night. You have a track record of using automation (Zapier, APIs, native workflows) to give time back to the go-to-market teams.
  • You have "Scale-Up" Scars. You have likely seen the movie before—taking a company from ~$10M to ~$50M ARR. You know what breaks at scale and how to build systems today that will survive tomorrow.
Benefits and Perks
  • 100% Silver Plan + Full Medical Coverage
  • Dental and Vision Voverage
  • 401(k) and Life Insurance
  • Access to Vitable’s Primary Care membership
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Remote-first culture with a supportive team
  • MacBook and any other gear you need
  • Mentorship opportunities through First Round Capital
  • Home office setup stipend
  • Competitive equity package
Who Thrives Here

You care. About people, about purpose, about doing work that matters. You’re the kind of person who sees a broken system and asks, “How can I fix this?” You’re not afraid of a challenge—in fact, you’re energized by it. You move fast, but you think things through. You don’t just get things done, you get the right things done.At Vitable, we thrive on autonomy and collaboration. That means you have the space to own your work, make smart decisions, and lead with initiative, but you also know when to pull others in, ask questions, and work as a team.

You’ll fit right in if you’re:

  • Motivated by mission
  • Someone who gets sh*t done (and does it well)
  • Curious, thoughtful, and clear on your “why”
  • A self-starter who can figure things out
  • Empathetic, honest, and genuinely care about others
  • Collaborative, but confident in working independently
  • Hungry for change—and ready to help make it happen

We care deeply about the people we serve, and we care about our team just as much. We support each other, we show up with heart, and we have fun while we do it.

No egos, no jerks. Just good humans doing great work.

Inclusion at Vitable

Vitable is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences—and we’re committed to building a team that reflects the people we serve. If you’re excited about this role but your background doesn’t match every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We care more about potential and passion than checking every box.
