The Manager, Revenue Strategy & Analytics leads a team delivering accurate, actionable insights that drive commercial performance. This role blends people leadership with hands-on analytics, partnering across pricing, sales, marketing, and product to build tools, reporting, and data-driven strategies. Success requires translating complex data into clear actions, adapting to shifting priorities, and enabling high-impact initiatives that improve pricing, customer experience, and overall business results.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance
- Set clear priorities and manage day-to-day workflow to ensure efficient, high-quality output
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Oversee programmatic extraction, cleaning, and analysis of large internal and external data sources
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained across reporting and datasets – and creating this rigor where it does not exist today
- Guide development of scalable analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Develop models and help define a holistic commercial analytics approach, particularly related to customer behavior and revenue optimization
- Partner closely with leaders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into solutions
- Flex team capacity to support emerging business priorities and high-impact ad hoc initiatives
- Represent the commercial function on cross-functional and enterprise-level projects
- Present findings clearly and concisely through executive-ready materials and interactive presentations
- Translate complex analytical insights into actionable recommendations
- Serve as a thought partner to commercial leaders, influencing decision-making through data
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in analytical or business-related discipline or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or similar roles, or equivalent combination of advanced degree and work experience required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
- Demonstrated ability to break down large data sets into actionable information
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing a team
- Extensive knowledge of Hyperion, Business Intelligence Tools, database management systems and Excel
- Ability and desire to translate vision into results
- Strategic skills required to conceptualize, communicate, and execute weekly, monthly and annual deliverables
- Project management skills to drive process improvement
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of the car and equipment rental market segments in the industry and its drivers a plus
- Flexible team player able to work to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to take on additional responsibility and lead organizational change
- Strong time management skills and effectively able to prioritize tasks as needed
This salary for this role starts at $130K commensurate of experience.
