The position supports the full Sales Force Effectiveness lifecycle, including customer segmentation and targeting, customer profiling and insight generation, incentive compensation design and validation, and sales force and territory design. Through rigorous analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic influence, this role enables data-driven commercial decisions that strengthen execution, improve field effectiveness, and support Fresenius Kabi’s long-term growth objectives.
This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite in the Lake Zurich, Illinois office 3 days a week.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 per year
Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 10% of the base salary. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. 1) Analytics & Strategy Execution
- Execute analytics initiatives across the four SFE pillars, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and global standards.
- Deliver advanced models and insights to improve segmentation, targeting, and customer engagement strategies.
- Design and validate incentive compensation plans; monitor effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on performance analytics.
- Optimize territory alignment and coverage models using data-driven methodologies; recommend role configurations and resource deployment strategies.
2) Data & Technology Enablement
- Partner with IT and Sales Ops to ensure optimal use of CRM and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Veeva, BI tools).
- Develop predictive models and scenario analyses to support decision-making across SFE pillars.
3) Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain executive SFE dashboards and KPI frameworks for forecasting, performance tracking, and productivity metrics.
- Consolidate reporting tools and streamline access to actionable insights for field, managers, and leadership.
4) Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the analytics subject matter expert for stakeholders.
- Influence decision-making through compelling data storytelling and executive-ready presentations.
5) Project Management
- Lead large-scale analytics initiatives across the commercial organization, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
- Drive adoption of new processes and tools through training, communication, and enablement metrics.
6) Attends local, national, and global meetings as needed.
7) Completes all training requirements, including all department-specific, compliance training, etc.
8) Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as assigned by management.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree in business, life sciences, or related field preferred).
- 8+ years related experience (i.e. Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations; experience in segmentation, targeting, incentive compensation, and territory design).
- Strong analytical and modeling skills (SQL, Python, BI tools).
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with CRM, CLM, ERP and commercial data platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce, Qlik, Power BI).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other database/ERP concepts (i.e., SAP).
- Experience in a regulated industry (pharma preferred)
- Clear and effective communication, listening and presentation skills accompanied with strong critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects with demonstrated time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills accompanied with strong project management, and planning skills.
- Must possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Highest level of integrity and good judgment, with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends to meet business/customer needs.
