How You’ll Make a Difference 

As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a team of Account Managers to grow the business the right way. You’ll set the pace, develop people, strengthen customer relationships, and help drive profitable growth—while upholding the standards and values that make Briggs who we are. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead sales and profit performance for your business unit, driving growth, market share, and customer retention 

  • Coach, develop, and support a high-performing sales team with clear expectations and accountability 

  • Hire, train, and manage Account Managers while building strong bench strength for the future 

  • Partner across the business to ensure sales execution, CRM usage, safety, and people initiatives stay aligned 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Proven leadership experience with a sales team, ideally in a multi-location environment

  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze trends and make smart decisions 

  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer-focused mindset 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 7+ years in progressively responsible roles

  • Discuss how you coach sales professionals and establish accountability in the field
