Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform setup of electronic services for non-individual clients and work with various stakeholders within the bank.
  • Process Non-Individual client onboarding including internet banking application and maintenance, Corporate Paynow, SGQR, API, etc)
  • Liaise with Business Units on referral or query and handling investigations
  • More senior candidates will manage a team of staff
  • Prepare statistics and reports
  • Other responsibilities as delegated by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in banking operations
  • Familiar with KYC, AML including MAS626 regulation will be an advantage
  • Familiar with eServices such as Business Internet Banking, PayNow, SGQR etc is an advantage
  • Candidates shall be self starter, fast learner, committed
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Able to work independently and a team player.
  • Able to adapt to new technology / systems
  • Can multi-task and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment and posses good typing skills
  • Computer-literate with good Microsoft Office skill such as Words and Excel
  • Meticulous and diligent with an eye-for-details
  • Possess good communication and analytical skills
