In order to meet the demands of our growth, we are hiring a Manager, SEO/AIO NA, to lead day-to-day SEO operations, and spearhead AI-enhanced search strategy on our eCommerce Team. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) discipline is critical for any digitally led organization, especially those trying to expand their eCommerce performance. If you are passionate about the future of SEO and curious as to how AI will fundamentally change the rules of the game, this role is for you. This role requires an interest in content and technical setup, a strong understanding of search algorithms and ranking methods, and an innovative and exploratory spirit to dive in as this discipline evolves. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, and Ahrefs are just a few of the programs you will get exposure to and become proficient in leveraging to drive results.

Key responsibilities
  • Demonstrated success implementing day-to-day SEO, including site structure/schema, link-building, and off-site authority development, to optimize search engine results rankings

  • Monitor and analyze site traffic and daily performance trends to identify key opportunities for ongoing improvement

  • Develop and continuously learn and evolve necessary processes and KPIs to measure performance and identify AI optimization opportunities that keep Dyson.com ahead of the game

  • Own day-to-day coordination and optimization partnering with our SEO/AIO agency

  • Be a thought leader for the Dyson.com team and business amidst the current changing landscape in the search-related AI spaces

  • Research and action SEO keywords to use throughout the company's digital channels

  • Ability to write compelling and high-quality website content, including category and product-level content

  • Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings

  • Innovate with local and global leadership to define SEO/AIO objectives, aligning strategic roadmap with broader organizational goals

  • Stay abreast of latest industry trends and emerging innovations in AIO, to proactively recommend new tactics and strategies that optimize performance

  • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts

About you
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO/Digital Marketing, including leadership experience managing cross-functionally

  • Familiarity with and passion to innovate alongside emerging AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to deliver compelling storytelling of key insights and recommendations

  • Comfort presenting to executive leadership and key stakeholders

  • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical chops to effectively optimize campaign performance and drive meaningful value for the business

  • Problem-solver mentality with the ability to partner effectively with internal/external stakeholders across markets/regions

Salary: $97,600 - $109,800 annually + bonus opportunity
