General Purpose:
As a Manager within the Talent Acquisition team, you will develop, implement, and execute staffing strategies to support Client Services & Operations. You may oversee a team of recruiters while working closely with leaders to ensure best-in-class recruiting practices and strategies are applied throughout the hiring process. This role requires a hands-on approach to the entire recruitment life cycle while driving operational excellence and supporting organizational goals.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of the recruiting team.

  • Consistently monitor progress, ensuring milestones and metrics are achieved.

  • Develop and execute innovative, scalable solutions to meet hiring goals and align with business objectives.

  • Create and implement sourcing strategies that deliver high-quality candidates while maintaining a high-touch, positive candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop detailed candidate profiles and provide data-driven insights to support recruitment decisions.

  • Identify trends and utilize knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategies and decisions.

  • Lead by example by adhering to and promoting recruiting best practices across the team.

  • Analyze recruitment data to provide actionable insights that guide business decisions and improve processes.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of employees.

  • Ability to interact with and manage relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver concise and impactful information.

  • Skilled in adjusting to changing technologies to enhance reporting and implement recruitment strategies.

  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and translate it into actionable strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to implement innovative sourcing strategies and drive organizational goals.

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • At least 7+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting and team management.
