A Day in the Life:

The Manager, Talent Acquisition primary responsibility is to ensure the on-time delivery of quality talent by successfully leading a dispersed team of highly productive field recruiters. This role will expand and accelerate access to top talent through the optimization of strategic sourcing initiatives, leveraging an end to end understanding of full lifecycle recruiting to support the Operations teams with their talent requirements. The role will be part of the team that powers Operations by creating and implementing recruiting solutions that ensure delivery of top talent on a regional scale for North America.

 

Salary: $85,000/year + company issued vehicle

Location: Remote (hybrid with specific location support - as needed)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers, Zone and VPs and the HR Business Partner COE to stay abreast of current/ future hiring and business needs, design solutions and direct Recruiters to implement. 
  • Full accountability for conceptualizing and overseeing the optimization, development and deployment of regional recruiting strategies with a focus on delivery and scale across region recruitment.  
  • Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Operations team to create, control, monitor and review KPIs weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly, ensuring alignment to business needs and Recruiting strategies.  Measure the effectiveness of talent programs, which will include identifying issues, forming hypotheses and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations 
  • Utilize Data to understand throughput and fallout rates at every stage of the recruitment process to ensure we consistently meet your target hiring dates.  
  • Staying current on competitor talent practices (hiring, assessing and developing) and market trends through market intelligence gathering 
  • Understanding in-market employment trends 
  • Implementing Strategic Sourcing Strategy with a focus on digital, social, head-hunting that is localized in market- expanding beyond traditional sourcing streams.  
  • Manage a requisition load when applicable and necessary to support the business 
  • Select, train and manage a team of highly skilled recruiters across the specified region 
  • Allocate Recruiter requisition loads to achieve targets. 
  • Focus on Operational Data, Recruiter performance and developing a recruiter level score card through a Metrics Driven Management Approach  
  • Develop and manage all Predictive Index PROS, for all new positions; implement a central library for this information as well as a central database for job descriptions 
  • Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of the recruiting function as well as internal compliance of selection and recruitment in accordance with defined policies and procedures – including auditing quarterly dispositions and OFCCP regulations 
  • Manage sourcing budget and operate within a given CPH while ensuring quality talent delivery.  
  • Manage vendor relations including the pre-employment criminal and drug screenings, job boards, assessment exercises etc. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ year’s experience in Talent Acquisition
  • 3+ year's of people management 
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field, preferred. 
  • Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience with a strong record of success filling positions at all corporate levels.
  • Passion for identifying and building talent and a commitment to a positive candidate experience. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
  • Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems.
