Role
The firm is seeking a motivated and adaptable Manager, Technology Solutions, to join its growing team in Chicago.
In this role, the successful candidate will support and help develop a range of technologies, including SharePoint, Blazor (Microsoft’s modern web framework), Azure cloud services, and emerging AI-native solutions.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, solving complex problems, and working collaboratively. Candidates may already have experience in front-end or back-end development, such as JavaScript, C#, or CSS, or may be early in their careers with strong technical aptitude and a desire to build these skills.
The role also offers the opportunity to work with AI tools to improve workflows, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to practical business solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and work with a variety of technologies
- Interest in Microsoft tools such as SharePoint and Blazor, prior experience is preferred, but not required
- Exposure to or interest in cloud platforms, particularly Azure
- Basic coding experience in JavaScript, C#, CSS, or a strong interest in developing these skills
- Interest in AI tools and how they can improve day-to-day work processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a proactive approach to learning and taking on new challenges
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant technical experience preferred
- Outstanding recent graduates with strong technical aptitude and demonstrated potential will also be considered
Remuneration
The firm offers market-based compensation based on the candidate’s experience initially and performance over time. The total package includes base salary, performance-based compensation, health and life insurance, paid time-off benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
Location/Employment
This is a full-time, Chicago-based role with a hybrid schedule, with a few in-office days each month and the rest spent working remotely.
