Summary:
The Manager, Venue Sales Reporting & Analytics, is responsible for developing strategies for data analysis and providing actionable insights to support the Venue business decision-making. This role involves managing data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Reporting directly to the Sr Director, Reporting & Analytics, with a dotted line to the SVP Venue Sales, the Manager, Venue Reporting & Analytics will work directly with Venue leadership to lead efforts to develop and streamline global processes and reporting for the preparation of analysis, reports, achievement, KPIs, and presentations.
Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, interpret, and analyze complex data sets related to the Venue business' operations
  • Develop Analytics Strategies: Create and implement effective strategies for data analysis and interpretation by attending Venue Sales leadership meetings
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, and reports
  • Predictive Modeling: Utilize predictive modeling and statistical analysis to provide actionable insights
  • Data Visualization: Communicate data findings to stakeholders using visualization tools
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of data-driven strategies and make necessary adjustments
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements through detailed data analysis

Qualifications:
  • Expert in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce Development & working with large complex data sets
  • Disciplined with effective execution - Demonstrate a rigorous analytic approach; deployment, and follow-through to ensure achievement of results
  • Experience working directly with all levels within a sales organization
  • Style that fosters teamwork - Working collaboratively with others across various business units to achieve common goals and positive results
  • Degree: BA or BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in a reporting, analytical and/or data role using Salesforce
