We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven MarCom Operations Specialist to support the Marketing Communications (MarCom) Operations team in optimizing performance, processes, and data-driven decision making. This role blends traditional marketing operations responsibilities with hands-on project management and reporting support for website builds, campaign execution, and internal process improvements.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and brings a strong mix of data fluency, business acumen, and systems thinking to everything they do.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance, team productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Partner with the MarCom Operations leadership to analyze campaign, web, and sales enablement data from systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Create actionable insights and presentations from data to inform both internal operations and external client strategies.
• Support development of self-serve analytics tools for internal stakeholders using Excel, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
Marketing Technology & Systems Support
• Assist with ongoing marketing technology integrations and enhancements, including Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Seismic, and UTM tracking implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to test and QA new tools, workflows, and automation efforts.
Website & Digital Operations
• Support the project management of public website builds including intake, content collection, and task tracking.
• Contribute to ongoing public website product and reporting enhancements.
• Monitor web data (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion) and contribute to optimization recommendations.
Process Improvement & Documentation
• Document current and new MarCom processes in clear, scalable formats for use across the entire department.
• Assist with building templates, intake forms, process guides, and training materials to drive consistency and reduce operational friction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, creative, marketing, and sales enablement) to map and improve cross-functional workflows.
Ad Hoc & Cross-Team Support
• Provide tactical support for agency operations initiatives, campaign execution tasks, and team projects.
• Serve as a reliable utility player, stepping in to assist with reporting, documentation, or analysis needs as they arise.
Qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, business analysis, or project coordination; agency experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with CRM, CMS, or BI tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Tableau is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to present data and processes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn in a team that is building processes from the ground up.

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description. 

 

 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
