JOB PROFILE SUMMARY:
The Market Clinical Recruiter is responsible for the recruiting, selection, onboarding, and retention of qualified clinicians in an effort to build stable practices across their assigned Market. They provide strategic planning for their Market to ensure their sites are resourced and supported in line with Best-in-Class Standards. The Market Clinical Recruiter will report to the corresponding Market VPSO and partner to create practices that provide the best possible experience for all stakeholders. This position works closely with the members of the staffing team to build effective onboarding routines that promote long term partnerships with clinicians. If, and when additional resources are required to achieve such results, they will work closely with the Group’s Clinical Recruiting Manager to secure appropriate and measured support. Likewise, they will support and assist all of their peer Market Clinical Recruiters by seeking to refer and place all quality clinicians in an SCP Health site regardless of the potential benefit to their designated Market.
This position is highly supported by contributing recruiting resources and thus it is a paramount practice that the Market Clinical Recruiter seek to support all Markets whenever and however they can.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Be a team player, respectful and helpful to the entire recruiting team.

- Skillfully recruit both primary and supplemental providers necessary to stabilize the practices under an assigned Market.
- Develop key relationships with Medical Directors, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and client representative when applicable to nurture healthy and stable practices.
- Perform all necessary and creative tactics to successfully recruit assigned practices. This will include but not be limited to utilizing sourcing tools, seeking quality referral channels, collaborating with staff clinicians, coordinating interviews, and attending conferences and events.
- Work with clinical Recruiting Manager to ensure appropriate resources are being allocated in support of open positions and hot spots.
- Work with Recruiting Representatives from the Provider Engagement Center on leads that are passed along (timely follow up and regular communication on status).
- Coordinate professional clinician interviews with appropriate operational leadership as well as client administration when beneficial.
- Appropriately place providers into client sites by matching candidates’ skill level, licenses, preferences, board status, credentials, professional certifications, and designation’s as applicable per state and federal regulations.
- Negotiate salary, travel stipends, commencement bonuses and relocation expenses on behalf of SCP Health within established budget parameters.
- Review applications and obtain references for candidates.
- Conduct follow-up calls with clinicians regarding applications and other paperwork when necessary.
- Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruiting process including offers, negotiations, relocation and contract signing.
- Follow up with clinician after first clinical shift and relay any pertinent information to operations team when beneficial.
- Responsible for accurate, complete, and timely documentation in database to ensure usable data for entire team.
- Enter reference information into the database reliably.
- Continuously solicit and track market intel for assigned territory in order to assist SCP Business Development team with rate information for RFPs upon request.

EDUCATION (Required and/or Preferred):
- Bachelors in a relevant field.
FIELD OF STUDY:
- Business or Healthcare related.
WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two (2) years of experience as a healthcare recruiter; in lieu of this experience, four (4) years of experience in general recruitment, sales/account management, or in healthcare provider services.
- Ability to foster and maintain mutually respectful relationships with physicians, advanced practitioners, regional leadership, and client/partner relationships.
- Display a level of professionalism and sophistication that allows easy interaction with both existing and potential physicians, advanced practitioners, clients, and colleagues.

Pay Range:
$59,944.39 - $116,831.67This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
