Market Director - Account Management

The Market Director – Account Manager is a vital member of the sales team as they will help manage the network (in the assigned territory by working directly with CareScout Quality Network providers.  This role will be focused on maintaining and maximizing the existing network, which may include: identifying providers that have opportunities for improvement and or/need additional support, working closely  with non-responsive providers, providing education & network updates and managing overall provider expectations.

This role is the day-to-day conduit with our providers. Reaching out to them regularly to maintain a strong relationship and being the team member that is in the know of how they are performing. This individual will work closely with their RVP, Market Director and Internal Sales partner to keep our provider network healthy and active.

What you will be doing

  • Build and maintain relationships with providers; provide support where needed
  • Assist with existing provider outreach/follow up efforts
  • Manage provider inquiries and escalating to appropriate contact (RVP/MD/IST)
  • Help execute after-sales and support needs of providers to fine-tune the provider’s experience.
  • Work with Market Director and internal team to help find providers to provide emergency care needs
  • Share provider feedback and intelligence with sales and other supporting teams
  • Work closely with your RVP, Market Director, and internal partner to build general brand awareness, drive provider engagement, and assist in aligning and rolling out initiatives
  • In conjunction with Market Director, educating prospective and existing providers about new and existing CQN features and functionality.
  • Document all activity in the CRM system (MS Dynamics 365) i.e., appointments, follow-ups, opportunities, etc.
  • Support RVP/MDs with material needed for external and internal events
  • May attend trade shows, industry events and community events with RVP or other team members
  • Assist with administrative tasks and projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Role may travel up to 40%

What you bring:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of sales and/or relationship experience, with a customer first mindset in home, community, assisted living, nursing home or continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs).   Previous experience as home care or facility market director or similar will be given preference.
  • Exceptional organization, communication & interpersonal skill and relationship building is mandatory.
  • Possess a positive, self-starter attitude
  • Comfortable adapting to new experiences and change and flexible mindset about doing whatever is needed for the overall success of the team
  • Takes accountability and ownership of performance and outcomes
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
