Duration: 10 Weeks, Paid | Eligible: College Juniors

Build Real Experience in Marketing & Communications at a Top-Ranked RIA

Our Summer Internship Program gives college juniors an opportunity to experience how marketing and communications drive business growth, brand awareness, and client engagement within a professional services organization.

What You'll Actually Do

From day one, you'll be immersed in meaningful work that supports the firm's marketing and communications efforts. Rather than observing from the sidelines, you'll own projects and help bring ideas to life across multiple channels.

Over 10 weeks, you'll:

  • Lead 2-3 marketing-focused special projects from concept through execution, delivering outcomes that support the firm's strategic goals.
  • Partner with interns and colleagues across the organization to move project deliverables through marketing and compliance review processes and into approved client-facing materials.
  • Collaborate on the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and other content used by advisory teams with prospects and clients.
  • Support content planning, copywriting, video production, scheduling, and reporting across social media platforms.
  • Assist with website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), and digital advertising initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate the firm's annual internship reception while supporting other client and firmwide events.
  • Contribute to the creation, scheduling, and analysis of email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

By the end of the summer, you'll have developed a strong understanding of how marketing, communications and compliance work together in a highly regulated industry. More importantly, you'll gain hands-on experience that prepares you for a career in marketing and communications.

Who Thrives Here

We're looking for students who are creative, organized, and eager to take ownership of meaningful work. You're likely a strong fit if you:

  • Are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field and will be a junior at the time of the internship.
  • Have a strong interest in branding, marketing, corporate communications, or public relations.
  • Curious about financial markets, the economy, and how firms communicate with clients and prospects.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
  • Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
  • Demonstrate and provide examples of our values of Accountability, Curiosity, Teamwork, Inclusion, and Service Commitment.

Why Curi Capital

Unlike internships where projects are disconnected from the business, you'll see firsthand how marketing supports client relationships, business growth, and brand development. You'll work alongside professionals across multiple departments, gain exposure to leadership, and contribute to initiatives that have a meaningful impact on the firm.

This is a place where creativity is valued, curiosity is encouraged, and good ideas can come from anyone. At the conclusion of the internship, you'll present your work and key learnings to your mentor and firm leadership, showcasing the impact you've made throughout the summer.

If you're ready to spend your summer building practical marketing and communications experience while contributing to work that matters, we'd love to hear from you.
