The Marketing Associate will manage and implement marketing strategies for residential and commercial properties, oversee digital campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.

The annual salary for this position is $70,000-80,000; the position is also eligible for an annual year-end discretionary bonus.

We are seeking a Marketing Associate in Chicago, IL to coordinate the development, implementation and ongoing management of residential, commercial and corporate marketing strategies across multiple channels and venues. This position will be responsible for these essential functions:
- Implements and executes various marketing initiatives which support property-level leasing and occupancy goals and ensure consistent branding and messaging across corporate, multifamily, and commercial portfolios.
- Maintains the design and production of marketing materials, advertising campaigns, signage, displays, and other tactics from conception through execution using internal creative resources and outside agency partnerships.
- Assists in monitoring and updating the company website, social media profiles, contact lists, and email campaigns.
- Works with contracted vendors to monitor and optimize property-level digital campaigns and social media channels.
- Supports reputation management execution from rollout through property‑level strategy recommendations; partners with the Director on final strategic decisions.
- Analyzes marketing performance and reporting, monitors trends, and adjusts strategies to optimize campaigns and support individual property goals.
- Manages inventory of property marketing materials and collateral.
- Assists with corporate marketing initiatives including special events, awards, mailings and other news events.
- Communicates effectively to ensure project is delivered accurately and on time.
