The Marketing Audience Specialist focuses on creating and managing audience segmentation strategies, collaborating across teams to optimize marketing efforts and ensure compliance with data privacy.
This hybrid role based at our Chicago Headquarters, will drive targeted marketing efforts by identifying, segmenting, and activating audience groups across digital channels. Collaborate with marketing operations, analytics, and campaign teams to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time, optimize engagement and conversion.
Essential Responsibilities
Education
Minimum 4 Years Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related

Minimum 3 Years of Audience segmentation, digital marketing, marketing operations or related

Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $63,300 - $98,500 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
Additional Compensation: Annual performance bonus

Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies based on behavioral, demographic, and firmographic data
- Partner with analytics and data teams to define audience criteria and build actionable segments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align audience strategies with campaign goals and KPIs
- Extract ad hoc reports from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to support marketing initiatives
- Automate tasks in collaboration with project leads, data analysts, and end-users
- Maintain data loads in marketing automation platform and troubleshoot failures with internal and external teams
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA in audience management
- Support A/B testing and audience experimentation to refine targeting strategies
- Document audience definitions, workflows, and best practices for cross-functional visibility
