As a Marketing Automation Specialist based in Texas you will have responsibility for working with internal customers and marketing team to identify business needs and implement solutions. You will support the B2B marketing team with campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis of key metrics.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Own cleaning, management, and processing of lead lists alongside sales development team
  • Ensure data integrity of B2B contacts between our CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platform (Pardot)
  • Create reports and performance dashboards to help drive key strategic initiatives
  • Develop marketing campaigns and tactics including emails, landing pages, microsites using Pardot
  • Create and maintain lead and nurture reporting methodology, reports and dashboards, including performance metrics for all lead and nurture tracks and KPIs for overall program performance
  • Implement, design, assemble applications to support SF marketing applications including, lead management, communities, and execute scoring and routing of assignment rules for both customers and net-new prospects, including entry and transition logic and rules, track-specific treatment considerations, and disposition (routing) of leads that re-enter an active demand state
  • Document MAP implementation and marketing/lead nurturing processes, programs, procedures and support integration with other systems
  • Leverage personalization and the dynamic delivery of content to modularize lead nurturing programs by disqualification reason, persona, product or solution interest, geography and/or industry
  • Develop and maintain lead and nurture reporting methodology, reports and dashboards, including performance metrics for all lead and nurture tracks and KPIs for overall program performance including integration with CRM
  • Define segmentation criteria to manage lead lists and contact groups for nurture programs
  • Utilized Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS for various applications such as Form edits, Email templates and landing pages and tracking codes.
  • Evaluate new apps that would enhance the products we are using
  • This position will be reporting to the Marketing Manager based in Texas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Pardot certification preferred
  • 5+ years working in Salesforce and Pardot
  • Must know how to build reports/dashboards, create, manage and update lead scoring, rating and notifications, folder structures, campaign naming, Einstein analytics
  • B2B Analytics experience preferred
  • HTML Required

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Anritsu Company considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
