We are actively recruiting for a Marketing Campaign Specialist, Growth Marketing to join our growing team!


We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and excellence driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.


This role offers a strong career path toward a future Marketing Campaign Manager position and the opportunity to work closely with senior marketing leadership on high-impact initiatives.


Position Summary


The Marketing Campaign Specialist will coordinate and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, public relations, direct mail, partnerships, and events, for both B2B and B2C audience. This role works closely with internal teams, agencies and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and business objectives.


The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow into broader campaign ownership and marketing leadership responsibilities.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:


Campaign Planning, Coordination, and Execution


  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, direct mail, public relations, event activations, and strategic partnership campaigns.
  • Build and manage campaign budgeting, timelines, project plans, deliverables, milestones, and execution schedules
  • Manage creative assets and messaging, and coordinate campaign activities across marketing, sales, service providers, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely execution.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
  • Prepare campaign reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
  • Assist in analyzing lead generation, engagement, conversion performance, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify insights and opportunities to improve future campaign performance.

Marketing Operations Support

  • Maintain campaign documentation, workflows, calendars, and project tracking tools.
  • Support marketing automation, CRM, and campaign management initiatives.
  • Help improve internal marketing processes and operational efficiency.
  • Support the adoption of AI, automation, and productivity tools across marketing programs.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:


Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, project management, or a related role.
  • Curious, adaptable, analytical, creative, brand-minded, and eager to learn.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, marketing technology platforms, Google Analytics, Power BI, campaign reporting tools, and performance dashboards.

Preferred

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, fintech, technology, or another regulated industry.
  • Formal project management experience
  • Experience with HubSpot, Smartsheet, AI, CRMs and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience working with agencies, media partners, vendors, or strategic partners.
  • Experience with event planning and partnership activation is a plus

The office environment is fast-paced and collaborative.  An employee must be willing and able to work their regularly assigned work schedule onsite, and in times of need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on company or departmental needs, project requirements, or customer demands. 

 

While performing general duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and/or walk around (including the use of stairs). Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, comprehending, and reading; being able to lift light objects (<25 lbs); and using standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones.  In addition, there is an occasional need to bend, twist, or squat down to open/close cabinets and reach for files or other standard office-type objects.
