MP+F is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Marketing coordinators are an important part of the MP+F team and work on a variety of client teams to execute digital and traditional marketing and advertising campaigns. Each day looks a little different, building a strong skill set in all aspects of the industry while learning to thrive in an agency setting. The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business. Previous internship experience is preferred. This role is based in Nashville, TN and we operate on a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days in the office. 

Responsibilities include: 

Marketing Support:  

  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns   

  • Develop social media content, email campaigns, blog content and SEO-focused website content  

  • Support the development of traditional marketing campaign collateral (flyers, direct mail, signage, etc.)  

  • Assist with the development and launch of advertising campaigns  

  • Supporting the creative team with copy and image/creative development  

  • Identifying conversions and building tracking framework links in coordination with data team   

  • Working in ad platforms to build mockups for internal and client team  

  • QC of campaign setup  

  • Working with advertising and data teams to monitor campaigns and flagging concerns/ideas to discuss with strategy team  

  • Foundational understanding of reporting KPIs and the ability to identify large trends  

  • Working with data team to draft initial report talking points for internal and client teams 

Project + Account Coordination:  

  • Research for new business, existing clients, etc.  

  • Support with daily project management on accounts  

  • Maintain project timelines, task lists, etc.
